It’s that time of year! Apple season is upon us and I want all the apples. Candy, caramel, cider…all of them! The one thing I don’t like is apple pie, which I know is a bit strange but I just don’t like it. I haven’t gone apple picking just yet but I can see it in my near future. I bought these yummy apples at a local little stand in my town and they were just as good as fresh picked. I think the pink and white sprinkles look so good on them! And they’re easy to make. I think this took me all of 15 minutes? It also makes you feel like you’re having a “healthier” snack.
So, technically these are white chocolate covered apples. I actually enjoy white chocolate more than most people do. Either way it tastes good with the sweetness of the apple! I bet these would also be good dipped in yogurt and hardened in the fridge! A slightly healthier option.
Pink Sprinkled Candy Apples
If you put them in the fridge to harden then be sure to take them out and let them sit for a bit before biting into them. The chocolate will soften a little and make them easier to eat. Enjoy with an apple cider mimosa! Honestly, I think I like apple flavored things better than pumpkin. In the world of pie, though, pumpkin tops all. If you liked my outfit in the pictures, I linked it all below! Enjoy!
